Knowing who to call
While at a health and home expo, not too long ago, I had an attendee approach our table to ask about mold remediation. She had a general contractor go out to her home to take a look at some potential mold growth. He convinced her that she would need to completely rip out the roof joists and replace, along with a brand new roof of course. Now whether he was being misleading or he himself had been miseducated is beside the point. She was extremely relieved to hear that she would not have to go through a complete reconstruction of her attic, and that her day to day home life could continue with very little interruption by our crew and our mold removal process.
Please be sure to do your own research on the company you do work with; as well as what cleaning practices are best for your home. Feel free to check out some of our reviews!
